Not having a hot oven or stove on during warm weather makes me so happy. Turning on the BBQ always means the dinner responsibilities will be shared and I love that. The primary cooking or baking in our house is done by yours truly. However, when it comes to grilling, my husband wants to be head chef-as long as I do the prep work and clean up.
No problem here with passing off the apron and tongs to the “King of the Grill.” It is especially nice to have him cook when I am trying to finish up a project of some sort or another, ’cause there is always a project. Many of these grilling recipes can be prepped ahead of time which helps open up the schedule for project days. Enjoy!
